I just wanted to thank you so much on behalf of all our family for the fantastic carers you have provided my father over the last few years. They have all been just perfect for what he needed, both in terms of personality but also their support and kindness towards him. We couldn’t have asked for anymore and even I will miss the visit from SS and JB.

I would like to bring to your attention the exemplary action of two of your carers when my mother VJ fell and was taken to hospital. They stayed with her past midnight until the ambulance arrived, keeping us advised at the same time.

On behalf of Mrs M. and the family, thank you for the service provided over the past years and in particular JM for all she has done for Mrs M. – she really has been a star.

Throughout the snow and ice two carers always arrived; we were never without the attention we needed and that included Christmas Day.

My husband seemed happy with the arrangement and I enjoyed the break knowing he was being well cared for. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned with his care.

Thank you all for your support and help with dad. You have all been invaluable. I would especially like to thank the lady who stayed with dad whilst he waited for the doctor and then ambulance. She not only stayed with him but also packed his bags for him, which was very kind.

The service we received was excellent so I will have no hesitation in calling should I need help in the future.

Thank you for all your kind and flexible help during the last few weeks of my wife’s life. Please could you pass on my appreciation to J, C and L for their contributions to her care – it was particularly nice to see J at the thanksgiving service.

May I take this opportunity of thanking you and the carers that looked after Mrs S during this period. She reported back to me how much she had enjoyed the female company. I shall certainly be looking to use Astor Care again if we need to arrange holiday cover in the future or I have any other clients looking for care or nursing staff.

I am very grateful to the staff of the Astor Care & Nursing Agency for the support and advice given to me initially when I was trying to identify the types of personal care and support available for my mother in the community and for their continuing friendly service.
