Become a home carer.
If you are kind, caring, passionate about helping others to live as independently as possible whilst respecting peoples’ dignity and right to choose, we can offer successful applicants a very rewarding role with plenty of job satisfaction. The role involves visiting and supporting a variety of people in their own homes, normally mornings, lunch times and evenings, so having your own transport is essential. We will pay you for all training you undertake and welcome you with a joining bonus. We pay a competitive hourly rate which is higher at weekends and bank holidays plus additional holiday pay and a petrol allowance between clients.

Below is an example of an individuals care package (but please remember the needs of each individual are quite different):
- Morning visit – Assistance getting up and out of bed, washing and dressing, preparing breakfast, prompt or assist with medication, assistance with toileting and some household tasks.
- Lunch visit – Prepare lunch and a drink. Prompt or assist with medication, provide companionship and maybe assist with some household tasks.
- Evening visit – Prepare a meal or light snack and drink, prompt or assist with medication, help getting ready for bed.
