Our Staff:
Our Care Co-ordinators and Field Care Supervisors are all Registered Nurses or qualified Health Care Assistants who co-operate fully with General Practitioners, Community Nurses, Social Services and other bodies as appropriate.

All our care staff are carefully selected professional, local people who are trained, fully referenced and undergo security screening as part of a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Enhanced Disclosure application. The in depth recruitment process for both Care Assistants and Registered Nurses includes face to face interviews, basic skills assessment (including English communication) and identity checks which fully meets the standards required by CQC (Care Quality Commission).
