Quality assurance is an essential part of any organisation and that is why we implemented an ISO9002 quality assurance system. As members of the United Kingdom Homecare Association and the Surrey Care Association, we abide by their strict codes of conduct.

Our Staff:

Our Care Co-ordinators and Field Care Supervisors are all qualified Health Care Assistants who co-operate fully with General Practitioners, Community Nurses, Social Services and other relevant professionals as appropriate.

All our care staff are carefully selected professional, local people who are trained, fully referenced, undergo security screening and criminal records check as part of a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Enhanced Disclosure application.

The in depth recruitment process for all our staff includes face to face interviews, values based psychometric testing, a basic skills assessment (including English communication) and identity checks which fully meets and exceeds the standards required by CQC (Care Quality Commission).
